Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking an AAB Relationship Banker I in Chandler, AZ to manage a portfolio of property-management and self-managed communities, train clients on treasury products, and deliver dependable support with a customer‑first mindset.

You will assist with account openings and closings, monitor reports, and collaborate with the Sales Team to drive deposit growth while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales or Branch Operations.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of treasury management products and banking operations.
• Able to work independently and in a team; strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Good written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients including property management and self-managed communities.
• Train clients on bank products and assist with their software and integration.
• Provide excellent customer service and build client trust.
• Support Operations Manager in account openings/closings (CDARS, ICs, cards).
• Use reports to monitor funds and processing deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to grow deposits.
