Qualifications

• 3+ years in treasury management or deposits.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and engage in proactive client communication to execute the complete client life cycle and achieve client satisfaction.
• Own the information flow for technical and operational processes, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service.
• Meet or exceed service level standards including cross-selling goals, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Enhance knowledge and develop as a preferred banker by completing training sessions.
