The role focuses on soliciting new loan and deposit accounts, enhancing fee generation, and deepening relationships with business and corporate clients. You will support the Business Banker team to drive bank growth and profitability across Commercial, Consumer, Investments, Treasury Management Services, and Mortgage lines.

Qualifications

• Equivalent related experience required.
• Minimum 3–5 years sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of bank products and services.
• Willingness to serve customers and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and GAAP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new loan and deposit accounts for business clients.
• Enhance fee generation opportunities and deepen client relationships.
• Support Business Banker team to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
• Coordinate daily sales management activities and financial integration across lines of business.
• Understand and interpret financial statements including balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow.
