Job description

Under the direction of the SVP, Treasury Services Manager, this role provides day-to-day support to the RM-managed portfolio of Treasury Services clients, ensuring consistent delivery on Service Level Agreements, supporting Client Experience, and proactive Relationship Management objectives. This role serves as a Portfolio Manager for the entire Treasury Services portfolio, ensuring seamless servicing while Relationship Managers focus on proactive client engagement. The successful candidate will also contribute to enterprise-wide projects and support both the Treasury Services Manager and Client Delivery Manager in their client support strategies.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Provide daily high-touch support to Treasury Services clients, including managing and resolving complex cash management issues, deposit account servicing, and delivering a positive client experience.
  2. Assist with proactive relationship management for clients in the Treasury Services P&L, working with Relationship Managers to coordinate and prepare for at least four annual touchpoints, documenting appropriately in CRM (Salesforce).
  3. Collaborate with the TS Sales and Onboarding teams on complex implementations and training, serving as Project Manager on sensitive client projects. Train customers on basic cash management functions as needed based on volume and SLAs.
  4. Support other bank areas such as the Business Services Team, Commercial Division, Retail, and Operations with cash management issues and needs.
  5. Participate in enterprise-wide projects, leveraging cash management expertise to provide client and operational insights.
  6. Stay informed about industry changes through available training opportunities.

This employee is expected to perform duties independently and responsibly, ensuring work quality and timely follow-up.

Requirements:

  • PC Knowledge, Data Entry, Communication, Organizational Skills

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent training and experience, along with at least 3 years of Cash Management experience.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Understanding of cash management products and tools, including account analysis and functionality, deposit accounts, and general banking knowledge.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), FIS Tools, Salesforce, and cash management platforms such as Bottomline Technologies, ERP Solutions, and Remote Capture platforms preferred.

Working Conditions:

Normal office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
