U.S. Bank is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join the Treasury Client Onboarding Team.

You will lead and coordinate onboarding initiatives for new and existing Treasury Management clients, acting as the main point of contact with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects. The role focuses on end-to-end onboarding, helping expand client relationships with new treasury services and guiding teams through timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in project management activities.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management or related financial services.
• Strong project management skills and expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all client and internal partner initiatives for new or existing clients, adding new treasury services and ensuring deliverables meet timelines.
• Coordinate, facilitate and participate in client meetings related to assigned projects.
• Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding projects for Treasury Management clients.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes.
• Solicit ongoing feedback from client and internal partners to identify areas of improvement.
