GBU Life is seeking the Head of Treasury and Capital Management to lead the integrated treasury, liquidity, and capital planning function. The role oversees ALM, hedging, and governance, driving liquidity, funding, earnings, and risk decisions across the enterprise.

You will partner with actuarial, FP&A, Investments, accounting, and ERM to translate capital insights into strategic actions, while maintaining robust controls and reporting to executive leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in insurance Treasury, capital management, ALM, investments, or related field.

Mansioni

• Build and lead Treasury and Capital Management operating model with policies, controls, and governance.
• Own enterprise liquidity strategy and funding execution including banking relationships and liquidity metrics.
• Lead capital planning, RBC monitoring, stress testing and reporting; translate results into actions.
• Oversee ALM framework, governance, scenarios, and decision forums with cross-functional teams.
• Develop hedging strategy and governance for liability, capital, and earnings volatility.
• Provide executive-ready capital, liquidity, funding, and balance-sheet recommendations.
