Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Head of Treasury to lead liquidity management, funding strategies, and regulatory compliance across a dynamic financial services organization. The role drives treasury analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the balance sheet and funding mix.

You will collaborate with global teams to align strategies, develop contingency plans, and provide expert guidance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in treasury, liquidity risk management, or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity metrics, cash forecasting, and funding strategies.
• Experience within regulated financial institutions such as broker-dealers or banks preferred.
• Proficiency in treasury systems and data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to lead system implementations and process improvements.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily liquidity management, regulatory reporting, and compliance with liquidity metrics.
• Optimize cash positioning, forecasting, and fund movements across accounts and entities.
• Manage the Commercial Paper Program, including issuance and rollover planning.
• Develop treasury technology and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Strengthen management reporting through dashboards and performance indicators.
• Negotiate banking services, fees, and account structures to optimize liquidity.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve funding and balance sheet efficiency.
• Coordinate with global treasury teams to align strategies and communication.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the treasury team.
