Job summary

King & Spalding is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead global treasury operations, ensuring liquidity, investment activity, debt compliance, and robust controls. This role partners with leadership, bankers, brokers, and internal stakeholders across domestic and international offices.

The ideal candidate will have a finance/accounting background, 10+ years in treasury, MBA or related advanced degree, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• MBA or advanced degree in finance or accounting strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CTP, or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and global treasury operations.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance treasury policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard Firm assets and improve efficiency.
• Oversee daily cash positioning, including liquidity management and reporting.
• Develop and report cash forecasts to support operations and strategy.
• Manage domestic and international banking relationships and account structures.
• Monitor debt covenant compliance and prepare related reports.
• Budget and forecast interest income/expense and analyze variances.
• Oversee insurance renewals and coordinate with brokers.
• Act as primary internal contact for treasury needs and internal controls.
