Job summary

Park State Bank seeks a Business Banking & Treasury Management Associate to deliver exceptional service and comprehensive support to business clients, bridging sales and ongoing relationship management.

You will assist with onboarding, deposit account servicing, and Treasury Management product support, building strong client relationships through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and a client-first mindset in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years related retail, business banking, treasury management experience, and/or bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and resolve issues with professionalism and diplomacy

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer retention and satisfaction by going above and beyond to address issues and ensure positive client experiences
• Serves as the primary support contact for business clients and assigned Business Bankers.
• Provides a high level of service, fostering strong client relationships through timely follow-up, problem resolution, and proactive communication.
• Engages clients to identify banking needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
