Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years related retail, business banking, treasury management experience or a bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professionalism and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients to Treasury Management services and set up related features.
• Provide onboarding, product training, and coordination with internal partners.
• Open, service, and manage business deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs).
