Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Banking Coordinator to support Global Treasury Services in daily banking operations, cash management, and client account administration. You will process electronic transfers, coordinate with banks, and ensure client accounts are set up accurately across platforms.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience in treasury or banking operations; real estate experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of treasury, banking, finance, or operations experience; multi-entity/shared services a plus.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a service industry.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, OneNote, Teams, Excel).
• Real estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and respond to Treasury requests via the CRM ticketing system.
• Open, fund, and close bank accounts for management clients.
• Process daily electronic transfers (ACH, wires, internal transfers).
• Monitor daily cash activity and maintain liquidity.
• Maintain Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and databases for tracking and reporting.
