Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties, Corporate Office in Indianapolis, is seeking a Banking Specialist to manage banking relationships, support cash movement, and strengthen internal controls. You will partner with Accounting leadership and banking partners to optimize tools and automate interfaces.

The ideal candidate has about 3 years in treasury or banking admin, strong Excel, and clear communication. An associate degree is preferred, and the role offers comprehensive benefits, 401k with company

Qualifications

Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, or banking administration.
Associate degree in Accounting/Finance preferred but not required.
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial markets, banking, and data analysis.
Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
Ability to communicate with external banking partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with nationwide banking and financial institution partners.
Facilitate and monitor cash movement and corporate account balances.
Support banking compliance processes and requirements.
Manage bank account administration including openings, closures, and signatory updates.
Monitor Accounting team access to online banking platforms.
Assist with automation tool implementation and system interfaces with banks.
Improve processes for efficiency, controls, and accuracy.
