Job summary

Northbound Executive Search is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support treasury operations and financial technology initiatives in a hybrid environment. You will help optimize daily treasury activities while developing internal tools and automation to improve financial processes.

Working with finance leadership, you will design interfaces, build automation, maintain systems, and translate business requirements into reliable software solutions that enhance reporting and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in treasury, accounting, finance operations, or similar.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling, reports, PivotTables, and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash forecasts and reconcile bank activity.
• Develop Excel models, dashboards, and recurring financial reports.
• Design and support internal applications and automation tools.
• Translate business requirements into software solutions.
• Maintain and enhance financial systems with end-user support.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and tech teams on implementations.
• Research AI tools and financial systems to boost productivity.
