Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, treasury, finance, financial systems, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, reporting, PivotTables, and complex formulas.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or business applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Experience with process improvement or workflow automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial reports, models, and dashboards to support planning and decision-making.
  • Support treasury operations through cash forecasting, reconciliations, banking activities, and cash management.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows.
  • Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to enhance reporting capabilities, data accuracy, and operational effectiveness.

  • Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and provide recommendations to support management decisions.
  • Participate in special projects to improve finance operations and organizational efficiency.
