Job summary

BMC Software, Inc. is seeking a Technical Treasury Analyst to bridge treasury operations, IT, and business stakeholders. You will drive TMS testing, design automated solutions, and oversee data integrity across cash management systems.

The role emphasizes techno-functional expertise in treasury processes, automation, and enterprise integrations, with opportunities to advance through system enhancements and governance across IT and finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS (Master's or certifications a plus).
5–7 years of treasury/cash management with a tech focus.
Hands-on experience with a Treasury Management System (e.g., IT2, Kyriba, FIS Quantum/Integrity, SAP TRM) including testing and integration.
Strong understanding of core treasury processes (cash positioning, forecasting, payments, bank connectivity).
Experience with SIT/UAT, requirements gathering, and functional documentation.
Familiar with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio for automation.
Advanced Excel; comfortable with data, integrations and reporting.
Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
Knowledge of APIs, SQL, ISO 20022/SWIFT, and file-based bank integrations.
Exposure to building AI/Copilot agents or RPA solutions in enterprise settings.
PM or BA experience in finance/treasury transformations.

Responsibilities

Support daily cash management, cash positioning, and forecasting with data integrity across systems.
Assist with bank account management, payments, liquidity, and controls design.
Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close, treasury reporting, and audit/compliance requests related to systems/data.
Design, build, and deploy automation across Treasury including AI agents, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Identify opportunities for process improvement across forecasting, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance.
Ensure automated solutions are well-controlled, auditable, and security-compliant.
Train end users and create supporting documentation and playbooks.
Serve as liaison between Treasury, IT, and business teams translating requirements into designs.
Support workflows, reports, and dashboards within the TMS and related apps.
Assist with TMS implementations, upgrades, SIT/UAT, test scripts, defects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
Act as SME for treasury processes and troubleshoot operational/system issues.
