Job summary

BMC Software, Inc. is seeking a Technical Treasury Analyst to bridge treasury, cash management, IT, and business stakeholders. This role focuses on testing/integrations of Treasury Management Systems, driving automation, and building scalable, well-controlled tech solutions.

The candidate will enable cash forecasting, payments and bank connectivity, while collaborating across Finance and IT to deliver innovative automation and data-driven insights. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Support daily cash management, cash positioning, and forecasting activities.
Assist with bank account management, payments, liquidity, and reporting processes.
Contribute to month-end/quarter-end close, treasury reporting, and audit/compliance requests.
Design and deploy automation across Treasury and Cash Management using AI agents, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in cash forecasting, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance workflows.
Ensure automation is well-controlled, auditable, and security/governance compliant.
Train end users and create documentation/playbooks for new tools.
Translate treasury requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
