Job summary

The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting/Finance and up to 3 years of related experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to interface across departments and present complex data to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to quantitative detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication across departments and for executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hedging and derivative position reconciliations across broker statements and internal systems.
• Execute monthly closings and prepare reporting for derivative positions.
• Support daily cash monitoring, payments, and intercompany activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and treasury banking workflows.
• Assist the Treasury Director with financial analysis and executive materials for leadership and the Board.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and analysis as needed.
