Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash operations, hedge position reconciliation, and executive reporting.

Reporting to the Treasury Director, you will gain exposure to corporate treasury, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across accounting, operations, trading, and risk teams. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Entry-level to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or treasury operations.
Strong problem-solving with attention to quantitative detail.

Responsibilities

Coordinate derivatives hedging analysis and reconcile broker statements with internal records.
Execute month-end close and prepare reporting for derivative positions realized and unrealized.
Support daily cash management, payments, and intercompany activities.
Identify and execute improvements to internal controls and treasury workflows.
Assist Treasury Director with financial analysis and executive materials for leadership and Board.
Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and analyses as assigned.
