Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong problem-solving with high attention to quantitative detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, trading, and risk management teams to reconcile derivative positions.
• Execute monthly closing processes and prepare reporting for derivative positions.
• Support daily cash monitoring, payment processing, and intercompany activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and banking workflows.
• Assist Treasury Director in financial analysis and executive summaries for leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analyses.
