Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication across departments and for executive presentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate derivative and hedging analysis across teams to reconcile positions.
• Execute monthly close and report realized and unrealized derivative positions.
• Support daily cash monitoring, payments, and intercompany activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and streamline treasury workflows.
• Assist Treasury Director with financial analysis and executive materials for leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as assigned.
