Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Treasury Analyst, Cash Management in Houston, TX to provide analytical and operational support for daily cash administration activities. The role focuses on minimizing exposure to credit, interest rate, and foreign exchange risks while supporting liquidity management through cash flow monitoring and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Finance/Accounting background, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and 2–5 years of treasury experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI and treasury management systems.
• Knowledge of cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and treasury operations.
• 2-5 years of treasury or corporate finance experience.
• Experience with merchant card programs and banking platforms.
• CTP designation preferred but not required.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily treasury operations and cash transactions accurately.
• Analyze revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and financial trends to forecast cash flow needs.
• Research banking products, investment opportunities, funding sources, and financial instruments to support treasury decisions.
• Record daily cash transactions and prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly cash position reports.
• Perform complex bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with internal partners and financial institutions.
• Support treasury compliance initiatives, including audit preparation and regulatory documentation.
• Administer the corporate merchant card program, ensuring policy compliance, reporting accuracy, and issue resolution.
• Participate in treasury‑related projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and policy development.
• Conduct bank fee analyses and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Provide support across additional treasury functions and special projects as needed.

The Treasury Analyst, Cash Management provides analytical and operational support to Treasury Operations. This role is responsible for managing daily cash administration activities, minimizing the organization’s exposure to credit, interest rate, and foreign exchange risks, and supporting liquidity management through cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess advancedanalytical skills, treasury experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and banking partners. This is a possible temp to hire opportunity. Must be able to work Hybrid onsite 1 day a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
