Schnucks in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support the Treasury Manager and VP & Treasurer in researching, recommending and implementing efficient banking arrangements and services.

The role includes daily treasury management and cash forecasting responsibilities. You will perform cash accounting, reconciliations and quarterly financial reporting, plus project-specific analysis for ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience required.
• Working knowledge of corporate finance, investment management and GAAP.
• Working knowledge of Treasury products and services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs).

Job Summary

Incumbent is responsible for working with the Treasury Manager and the Vice President & Treasurer to research, recommend and implement efficient banking arrangements and services. The incumbent performs all daily treasury management responsibilities, including cash management for SMI and DESCO. The incumbent is responsible for accounting for all cash entries, reconciliations, and for completing quarterly financial reports. The incumbent is responsible for performing routine cash forecasting. The incumbent also provides project-specific analysis to the Treasury Manager and the Vice President & Treasurer on an ad hoc basis. This role requires 4 days in office for up to 6 months to learn the role and then will be able to shift to 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote. This role is located in St Louis, Missouri.

Minimum Requirements

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Working knowledge of complex financial concepts, including corporate finance, investment management and GAAP
• Working knowledge of Treasury products and services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs)

Additional Requirements – Internal Candidates

Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.

Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.

Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline). If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
