Job summary

Nilus is hiring an FDE to sit between our customers and our product. You'll work directly with treasury and finance teams to understand how they really run cash and turn that into actionable solutions on the Nilus platform.

You'll be customer-facing across the lifecycle, from early solution design to rollout and expansion, and you'll be one of the strongest voices of the customer inside the company, shaping product strategy with insights from real-world workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate treasury or related fintech roles.
• Experience with designing product requirements based on customer input.
• Familiarity with treasury workflows, banking data structures, and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with customers to map treasury workflows and design solutions on Nilus.
• Own solution design from scoping integrations to configuring forecasting and reporting.
• Design and refine agent workflows and translate customer needs into repeatable product patterns.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and work with Product & R&D on prioritization.
• Run beta programs, collect feedback, and validate features before general release.
• Support pre-sales with solution workshops and tailored demos.
