Job summary

Nilus is hiring an FDE to bridge customers and the Nilus platform, focusing on treasury workflows and cash positioning. You will map customer processes, design integrations, and shape product requirements with Product and R&D teams in Tel Aviv.

You will engage across lifecycle phases from initial solution design to rollout and expansion, becoming a strong voice for customers inside the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FDE, corporate treasury, treasury consulting, or a product/solutions role at fintech or TMS.
• Hands-on product experience closely tied to a roadmap and customer needs.
• Familiarity with treasury workflows, banking data structures and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with customers to map treasury workflows and design solutions.
• Own solution design from scoping integrations to configuring forecasting and reporting.
• Refine agent workflows and translate needs into repeatable product patterns.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and cooperate with Product & R&D.
• Run beta programs, gather feedback, and validate features before release.
• Support pre-sales with workshops, deep-dives and tailored demos.
