Job summary

Nilus is hiring an FDE to sit between customers and the Nilus product, collaborating with treasury and finance teams to understand cash processes and translate findings into platform solutions.

You’ll design workflows, write clear product requirements, and work with Product and R&D (Tel Aviv) to prioritize features. You’ll lead beta programs, assist pre-sales, and partner with Customer Success on rollouts and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5 years in corporate treasury, treasury consulting, or a fintech/solutions role
• Hands-on product experience tied to a product roadmap
• Strong grasp of cash management workflows and banking data structures
• Familiarity with SaaS-based treasury management platforms
• Proven customer-facing experience with finance and treasury leaders
• Ability to translate customer input into clear product requirements
• Interest in AI agents and how they change finance workflows
• Self-starter in a fast-paced startup environment
• NYC-based or able to work US hours

Responsibilities

• Run deep discovery with customers to map treasury workflows, data sources and banking setup; design how Nilus solves them.
• Own solution design for new customers, from scoping integrations to configuring forecasting, reconciliation and reporting.
• Design and refine agent workflows, turning customer solutions into repeatable product patterns.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements; collaborate with Product and R&D on prioritization and specs.
• Run beta and early-access programs for new features; select partners, collect feedback and validate solutions.
• Support pre-sales with solution workshops, technical deep dives and tailored demos along with Sales.
• Partner with Customer Success on rollouts and adoption, spotting expansion opportunities.
• Create solution guides, use-case libraries and enablement content for Sales, CS and Marketing.
• Track treasury platforms and competitors; feed insights into product strategy.
