Job summary

Nilus is seeking an experienced FDE to bridge customers and our product platform. You will engage treasury and finance teams to understand how they manage cash, then translate that into actionable solutions on the Nilus platform.

Your work will shape requirements and product direction with the Product and R&D teams in Tel Aviv and beyond. You will be customer-facing throughout the lifecycle—from discovery to rollout and expansion—becoming a strong voice for customers inside the company and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate treasury, treasury consulting, or a product/solutions role in fintech or TMS
• Experience designing customer-facing solutions closely tied to a product road map
• Strong grasp of cash management workflows, banking data structures, and reconciliation processes
• Familiarity with SaaS-based treasury management platforms
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements
• Interest in AI agents and finance workflow evolution
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• NYC-based or able to work US hours

Responsibilities

• Run deep discovery with customers to map treasury workflows and design how Nilus solves them
• Own solution design for new customers, including integrations and forecasting configurations
• Design and refine agent workflows and convert customer solutions into repeatable patterns
• Translate customer needs into product requirements; collaborate with Product & R&D on prioritization
• Run beta programs, gather feedback, validate features before general release
• Support pre-sales with solution workshops, deep-dives, and tailored demos with Sales
• Collaborate with Customer Success on rollouts and expansions
• Create solution guides and enablement content for Sales, CS and Marketing
• Track treasury tech trends and feed insights into product strategy
