Job summary

AVID is seeking an Accounting & Treasury Manager to lead core accounting operations and global treasury functions. The role ensures financial integrity, liquidity, and compliance while partnering with Finance, FP&A, and senior leadership.

The position focuses on GAAP-based closes, cash forecasting, and internal controls in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Hybrid work and cross-functional collaboration are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/treasury experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cash management, and internal controls.
• Experience with global treasury operations, banking and forecasting.
• Familiarity with ERP and treasury systems like Netsuite or Kyriba.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core accounting operations (GL, AR/AP, revenue, reporting).
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury activities.
• Support annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Ensure month-end, quarter-end, year-end closes in GAAP.
• Develop policies, controls, and process improvements.
• Lead and develop accounting/treasury staff.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Legal and business leaders.
• Provide liquidity and risk insights to leadership.
