Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required.
• At least 3 years of experience with treasury functions, cash management, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, or month-end close.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; Workday experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash activity across multiple bank accounts and entities.
• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Track and monitor daily cash activity.
• Support client billing and related reconciliations.
• Process commission payments and related accounting entries.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and accruals.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
• Partner with internal departments to support business operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows.
