Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, seeks an Aggregate Operations Manager to direct production and third-party crushing across Treasure Valley locations. The role includes safety, quality control, scheduling, budgeting, and leadership of a small team.

Travel between sites will be required, with a focus on meeting customer demands and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree or 5+ years in the industry, strong leadership abilities, and knowledge of

Qualifications

• BS Degree or 5+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Experience in aggregate production, delivery, sales, and customer service.
• Knowledge of OSHA/MSHA, DEQ, EPA and regulatory requirements.
• Self-directed, results-oriented with minimal guidance.
• Experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Directs production across multiple locations and third-party crushers.
• Oversees safety, quality, and production efficiency to meet customer needs.
• Manages budgets, forecasts costs, and reports production data to management.
• Develops and implements procedures to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Leads, trains, and develops employees for peak performance.
