The role requires expertise in aggregates production, strong leadership abilities, and sound operational knowledge, including MSHA regulations. Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of aggregates production and associated equipment and processes.
• At least 2 years of aggregates industry or closely related industry experience.
• Operational knowledge and understanding of MSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor processes and materials to ensure quality for customers.
• Develop daily KPI reports for optimal plant performance.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to limit disruptions.
