Butterball is seeking a production line supervisor to guide day-to-day activities in our North Carolina facilities. You will coach entry-level teammates, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement using Butterball Operating System Solutions (BOSS).

• Supervises day-to-day activities of a team of entry level contributors.
• Coaches, guides, and supports task completion; participates in HR activities (hiring, terminations, performance management).
• Ensures team adheres to safety policies and conducts on-the-floor coaching.
• Role model for policy compliance (USDA, OSHA, HACCP, etc.).
• Manages labor, tools, and supplies to maximize efficiency.
• Maintains and updates production and attendance reports; participates in investigations.
