Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of a team of entry level contributors; provides coaching and support.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed; conducts on-the-floor coaching.
• Enforces company policies and regulatory guidelines (USDA, OSHA, etc.).
• Accounts for labor, tools, supplies and equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Maintains production records; identifies gaps in efficiency and quality.
• Participates in investigations and department/facility meetings.
