Process Controller Responsibilities:

Monitor defined activities and process control points. Record required information and initiate immediate corrective actions to keep the process in control. Inspect condensation, leaks, housekeeping issues, and the graded area. Address issues that could result in non-conformance reports (NR).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Complete understanding of product specifications and process flow within the department.
• Thorough knowledge of Food Safety, Sanitation principles, HACCP, and SOPs.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Excellent attendance, work, and safety records.
• Ability to interact with associates, management, QA, and USDA personnel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Some computer skills.

Education and Experience:

• Knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, SOP documents, and other workplace documents related to Further Processing.
• Familiarity with Ready-to-Eat Processing functions.
