DO & CO invites a dynamic Food Assembly Helper to join their team in Boston, MA. You will participate in assembling food items, setting trays, and ensuring adherence to airline specifications and quality standards.

Working in a high-standard hospitality environment, you’ll contribute to overall guest experience, while adhering to strict food safety protocols and teamwork. This role requires flexibility for varied shifts and physical stamina.

Qualificações

• Able to manage a substantial workload.
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Able to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble food items including tray setup. Follow airline specifications which usually include tray setting for hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
