Job summary

DO & CO AG in Miami, FL is seeking a dynamic Food Assembly Helper to join our growing team. This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $17.45, daily complimentary meals, and benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, plus 401K.

This is an opportunity to contribute to luxury global gourmet entertainment within a company operating across multiple continents. You will assemble food items and tray settings to match detailed airline specifications, ensure quality and presentation,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in food production or a similar environment.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Experience working in a cooler/refrigerated environment preferred.
• Proactive and self-organized.
• Ability to manage a substantial workload.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Able to complete tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Able to work in cold or freezer-like environments.
• Able to handle multiple food products (fish, beef, pork, poultry, etc).
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble food items and tray settings in accordance with detailed airline specifications, including components such as hot meals, cold meals, salads, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments.
• Ensure all tray setups are accurately completed and meet quality and presentation standards.
• Follow airline and company guidelines to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the food safety management system handbook.
• Report any issues related to food safety or hygiene to the manager and hygiene/food safety team.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Assist other team members as needed to ensure efficient production and timely completion of tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Assembly Lead or Supervisor.
