Job summary

DO & CO in Boston, MA is hiring a Food Assembly Helper to support high‑quality airline catering production. You will assemble food items, set up trays, and ensure accurate portions according to airline specifications.

You will follow food safety guidelines, report issues to the hygiene and safety team, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role requires stamina and the ability to work well both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Able to manage through a substantial workload.
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Able to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.

• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
