Job summary

Thomas Young Group seeks a Traveling Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects nationwide from Dallas, TX. You will supervise subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality on multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in the role, hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel to project sites across the country as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience managing projects valued from $5M to $30M+.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
