Responsibilities span wardrobe care, hotel liaison, securing private dining, coordinating private aviation, wellness bookings, and managing last-minute requests with poise.

Traveling Personal Operator / Personal & Travel Support to a Global UHNW Principal

The Reality

This is an intense, high-altitude travel and personal operations seat.

You travel beside the Principal across the globe for roughly half the year. Stays range from brief turnarounds to extended visits. Itineraries pivot without warning. Requests land early in the morning, late in the evening, or in the middle of the night. You keep your phone in hand and stay in immediate proximity.

Predictable routines, protected weekends, and corporate boundaries do not exist here. If you need those, this environment will break you. If you are an operator energized by movement, high velocity, and absolute ownership in the inner circle, this is the benchmark role.

The Mandate

• Complete wardrobe management and valet care on the road. Packing, unpacking, garment care, pressing, and immaculate presentation.


• Luxury hotel and residence liaison. Inspecting suites personally, ensuring properties match exacting personal standards, and managing changes instantly.


• Securing impossible restaurant tables and private access at zero notice.


• Coordinating private aviation ground logistics, chauffeurs, and rapid transport pivots.


• Booking and managing private appointments, from physio and bodywork to grooming and wellness.


• Absorbing friction and handling high-stakes, last-minute requests with ironclad discretion and zero fuss.
