TYG seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects across the United States. This role requires coordinating mechanical/HVAC installation, subcontractors, and site resources while upholding safety and quality.

You will work closely with project teams and leadership to resolve field issues, maintain schedules, and ensure project milestones are achieved across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as Superintendent or Mechanical Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong mechanical, HVAC, or MEP construction background.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day field operations on large-scale data center and mission-critical projects.
• Supervise mechanical and HVAC installation activities, ensuring work is safe, on schedule, and per specs.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, equipment deliveries, and site resources to maintain progress.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and stakeholders to resolve field issues and keep construction moving.
• Monitor schedules, identify delays, and implement solutions to meet milestones.
• Conduct site walks, progress meetings, and quality inspections for standards.
• Enforce safety procedures and foster a strong safety culture on site.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning support, and final turnover.
• Review drawings and installation plans to identify conflicts before field impact.
• Maintain clear communication with leadership on progress and resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Mechanical Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Strong background in mechanical, HVAC, or MEP construction and field operations.
• Data center, hyperscale, or other mission‑critical project experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing subcontractors, coordinating multiple trades, and leading site teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong understanding of construction safety, quality control, and installation standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States based on project requirements.
