Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day to accelerate learning and mentorship. You will travel to campuses across the United States, leading one-hour life-skill workshops and coaching students toward weekly targets using analytics.

Accommodation is provided and you will be paid a flat annual salary with weekly pay. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years’ experience with K-8 students, and willingness to relocate to postings across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject is required.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students (camp coaching, coaching or youth leadership count).
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting the curriculum to the cohort.
• Coach students one-to-one and in small groups using analytics and weekly goals until targets are met.
• Administer and score assessments to prove skill progress.
• Reach full standard within the first week at each campus.
• Document per-student progress and interventions at the end of every posting.
