Zusammenfassung

Alpha School is hiring a Learning Coach to travel across US campuses, running one-hour life-skill workshops for K-8 students and coaching them using data-driven goals. You will adapt provided curricula, attend weekly targets, and assess progress with Test2Pass tests.

Based anywhere in the US, you must be prepared to be posted away from home for 1–3 months at a time; a bachelor’s degree is required, with at least 3 years in youth work. Benefits are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Willing to be posted away from home 1–3 months at a time.
• Based anywhere in the US, within reach of a major airport.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students; coaching and youth program leadership count.
• Able to describe a coached goal example with results.

Aufgaben

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students one to one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics until targets hit.
• Administer and score Test2Pass assessments to prove skill progress.
• Reach full standard within your first week at each campus.
• Handover progress and interventions at the end of every posting.
