Responsibilities

Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting the provided curriculum to the cohort in front of you.
Coach students one to one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics, weekly goals and incentives, until 90% or more hit their targets.
Administer and score Test2Pass assessments so students prove the skill rather than just attend the session.
Reach full standard inside your first week at each new campus, with names learned and rapport built.
Hand over cleanly at the end of every posting, documenting per-student progress and every open intervention.
