Job summary

Alpha is hiring Youth Development Specialists to run weekly life-skills workshops with K-8 students across US campuses. You’ll travel 1–3 months at a time, building rapport and hitting weekly targets using Coachbot analytics.

This full-time role pays $120,000 annually, with lodging covered at each posting. You’ll join a fast-moving network focused on growth, mentorship, and measurable student outcomes, not classroom teaching. Accommodation is provided and travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students; classroom experience not required.
• Comfort with mobility and multiple campus postings across the US.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students one-to-one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and weekly goals.
• Administer and score Test2Pass assessments to prove skill progress.
