Job summary

Alpha is hiring Youth Program Facilitators to run one-hour life-skill workshops for K-8 students at campuses across the United States. You’ll move to a new campus every one to three months, entering as a stranger and leaving with a complete handover.

The role pays a flat $120,000 USD per year with accommodation booked at each posting and weekly pay. You must have a bachelor’s degree, at least three years working with K-8 students, and legal right to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students; classroom experience not required.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting the provided curriculum to the cohort.
• Coach students one-to-one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics, weekly goals and incentives, until 90%+ hit their targets.
• Administer and score Test2Pass assessments so students prove the skill, not just attend the session.
• Reach full standard within the first week at each new campus, building rapport and learning names.
• Hand over cleanly at the end of every posting, documenting per-student progress and interventions.
