Qualifications

• Ability to interrupt physical altercations and respond to injury or crises.
• Successful completion of Pro-ACT certification within 3 months of employment.
• Valid California Driver's License; must meet agency driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Management of group home environment and physical plant during assigned shifts.
• Travel among facilities to ensure safety of youth and staff.
• Oversees residential counselors overnight and program activities including housekeeping, personal hygiene and meals.
