MasTec Communications Group seeks a Wireline Telecom Construction Manager to lead Outside Plant construction across telecom, CATV and FTTH projects. You will oversee safety, quality, and on-time delivery, directing multiple crews and managing budgets.

You have 3–5 years telecom construction leadership, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, and hands-on problem-solving skills. This traveling role requires 60% travel and Northern California oversight.

• 3–5 years of experience managing telecom construction projects.
• Site management experience with clients and suppliers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to multiple crews and their job site activities.
• Review schedules and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Identify and resolve blueprint issues and interpret drawings and maps.
• Coordinate subcontractors and approve subcontractor work and billing.
• Participate in estimating, bidding, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce safe work practices.
