Job summary

Deutsche Windtechnik seeks an Operations Manager to lead the Traveling Technicians and manage the Specialized Field Services team across the U.S. You will drive on-time maintenance, safety compliance, and project efficiency.

You'll oversee financial targets, develop proposals, and mentor staff while collaborating with Business Development to optimize resources and growth. This role requires strong leadership and a track record in wind operations.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in the wind industry with at least 2 years in management.
• Experience overseeing field service teams and P&L is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Specialized Field Services team of traveling technicians nationwide.
• Oversee a portion of the SFS P&L and drive financial targets.
• Develop proposals and ensure timely completion of service work.
• Mentor staff, optimize resources, and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across projects.
