Job summary

Deutsche Windtechnik seeks a Site Coordinator to support the Site Manager and regional teams. You will oversee inventory control, travel logistics, and meeting coordination across wind farm sites.

You will also assist technicians with service orders, timesheets, and expenses, while ensuring accurate records and safety compliance. The role emphasizes proactive communication and efficient workflow management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree is a bonus.
• 1+ years' experience on-site at a wind farm.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, given proper instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving at least one concrete variable in standardized situations.
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and drug/alcohol screening.
• Lifts and/or moves up to 100 pounds; capable of climbing wind turbines with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a broad range of activities including checking in/out parts and tooling and ensuring inventories.
• Calendaring, travel support, and organizing meetings for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Process expense reporting and organize meeting notes and due diligence information.
• Support the Site Manager and cross-functional teams across the wind farm.
• Check daily service orders and timesheets for accuracy; ensure compliance with safety rules.
