Job summary

Aerones is seeking an Aera Crew Manager to ensure operational excellence across US field operations. You will drive crew readiness, performance, safety, and reporting quality while coordinating with HQ and field teams on multiple active projects.

In this role you will coach Team Leads and technicians, manage field documentation, and participate in training, certification management, and process improvements. Expect significant travel and a focus on safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field operations or a similar field-based environment.
• Experience leading, coordinating, or supporting field-based teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with Team Leads, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple crews, projects, schedules, and changing operational priorities.
• Coach employees, provide constructive feedback, address performance concerns, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-moving field environments.
• High attention to detail with ability to review operational reports, technician hours, expenses, project progress, and other field documentation for accuracy.
• Comfortable using operational software and reporting systems to manage field activities.
• Understanding of workplace safety expectations and the ability to reinforce HSE procedures.
• Ability to work across Operations, Project Management, HR, Logistics, and other departments.
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States to support field crews and active projects.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce coordination, operational reporting, spare parts logistics, time and expense approvals, and field performance metrics.
• Coach Team Leads and technicians to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Ensure crews are fully prepared before deployment and supported throughout project execution.
• Maintain strong link between Headquarters and rotating field teams across active projects.
• Travel across the United States up to 60% to support field crews and deployments.
