Luck Companies is seeking a Welder I to join a traveling construction crew. The role involves installing, repairing, and fabricating metal components to support Luck Stone operations, with safety-focused responsibilities and 80% travel across VA, NC, SC, and GA.

Work includes welding to maintain equipment and structures, coordinating with teammates, and addressing safety concerns. Candidates should have 2+ years in welding within a construction or fabrication setting, plus 1+ year TIG/MIG

Formación

• 2+ years welding experience in a Construction or Other Repair and Fabrication Industrial Environment.
• 1+ year experience TIG and MIG welding.
• Ability to safely operate equipment used in welding and metal fabrication including band saws, grinders, break, shear, drill press, chop saw, etc.
• Availability to travel 80% of the time to our sites in VA/NC/SC/GA (Travel starts either Sunday evening or Monday morning until Thursday).
• Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Install various items for the purpose of completing projects safely and within established time frames.
• Maintain welds and repair metal surfaces on various items using a variety of processes for the purpose of ensuring functionality, and safety.
• Coordinate with others in completing projects/work orders safely and efficiently.
• Promptly respond to immediate safety issues and/or critical repairs as needed.
